Mr R. K. Verma, IAS, is holding the charge of Managing Director, Punjab Infotech.
He is also the Secretary, Punjab Governance Reforms Commission. A technocrat by qualification, Mr Verma did his B. Tech in Computer Science from IIT, Delhi before being selected for Indian Administrative Service in 1993 from the Punjab Cadre.
Previously, he has held various charges in the Government of Punjab like Director, Information Technology, Director, Technical Education & Industrial Training as well as Director, Transport.
Mr. Verma is widely travelled in countries like USA, UK, France, China in connection with training and seminars. He likes to keep himself updated on latest technologies and developments in Information Technology Sector in his spare time.

Rakesh Kumar Nangia, a Chartered accountant & Company Secretary working with Punjab Information & Communication Technology Corporation Limited for the last 17 years as senior Executive Director & Company Secretary. He has total experience of 30 years in the private sector as well as Public sector in senior position as Finance Executive.
He is on the Board of Directors of Punjab Communications Ltd. as independent Director and represents on the Board of 6 other companies including Punjab Venture Capital Limited. He has keen interest in nurturing many enterprises and assisting the entrepreneurs and represents the membership of TiE, Nasscom and CII, Chandigarh

Dr. R.K.Sangwan

Dr. R K Sangwan is working with the Punjab Information and Communications Technology Corporation Limited since April’1988. At present he is working as an Executive Director and looking after Branding, Policy and Investor Relations. In the capacity as Senior Management he is responsible for technical activities of the Corporation like IT Services, CAL-C, e-governance and HRD. He is also the Director In-charge of Consumer Electronics (Punjab) Ltd., a subsidiary of the Corporation and Independent Director of a prestigious IT company located in Mohali. He has total about 28 years rich Executive level experience to his credit.
Before coming to Punjab, he has worked in the Department of Information Technology, Government of India (New Delhi), HAL (Nasik), ITI (Raebareli) and Blow Plast Ltd. (Nasik). He was awarded First Rank in University for his Degree in Engineering, AMAeSI (Avionics /Electronics Engineering) and then M.Sc. He did his Ph.D. from Thapar Institute of Engineering & Technology, Patiala and M.B.A. from UBS, Panjab University.
Dr Sangwan has interests in Academics and Research work related to industrial developments in the field of Electronics and Information Technology. He has published two papers.

Loveleen Kapoor, AGM (Secttl, FM, HR, IT & APIO) is MBA (HR & Marketing) & Masters in Commerce. She is working with Punjab Information and Communication Technology Corporation Limited for the last 26 years.
She is assisting members of the Board of the Corporation for the last 20 years for conducting meetings of the Board & follow up. She is also member of various committees constituted by the Managing Director of the Corporation from time to time. She is currently handling Secretarial, Human Resource, Facility Management, Internal IT & work related to RTI in the capacity of APIO. |

Col. Rajesh Dua

Col. Rajesh Dua, a professional engineer and a techno-manager with an experience of around 30 years of Managing & Implementing IT and Other Projects for defense, is with the Corporation for little over 3 years now. Some of his developed Projects have hit the Production line and have been adopted by Ministry of Defense for training of troops and also exported to other countries. He has the unique distinction of receiving the chief’s medal thrice for the development work implemented.
He is currently heading the initiatives in the Corporation in Human Resource Development (HRD), e- Governance (e-Gov) and Estate Development domain, for the state of Punjab. |

Ashok Kumar Bansal, MSc.Engineering (with Distinction) and LLb from Panjab University working with Punjab Information & Communication Technology Corporation Limited for past 17 years as General Manager (Legal). He has total experience of 28 years in academics, Joint Sector as well as Public Sector both engineering as well as legal fields.
In the past he has also remained as Chairman of M/s Punjab Bio-Medical Equipments Ltd as well as M/s Punjab Electro –Optics Systems Ltd. At present he is on the Board of Directors of Intermagnetics India Ltd as independent Director. He has keen interest in the legal matters and has handled legal cases in various Courts to his success. |
